we had iftar at amirah's grill! it was so fun. the place was nice..and like zaw said, the roasted potatoes n chikadees was yummy! as usual..the belos were the star karat tis time..not ME. hahah.

the girls who came..some still missing :(

after had tonnes of food, we played the memory game. i was trying hard to remember wad ain said i tink, n the girls were so bad! luffin at me n counting me down..but its ok lah..dats only once. at least i'm not the one kena forfeit! guess who had the worst memory? FANAH la seyy..hahahah.

the day i changed my own tyre.

my front left tyre always seems to keep deflating after pumping air..so my dad decided to teach me how to change my own tyre (since he wanted to check the balancing of that particular tyre at the workshop anyways). i had lots of help from my dad n brother tho..haha. i cant even unscrew that damn ting! my dad asked me to step on the tool used to unscrew the tyre (guys, wads dat called?) to loosen the screw. but lo n behold..due to my insufficient weight pressure, the screw decides to go nowhere n i end up lyk a pathetic being stepping on a piece of tool. hahah..anyways, at the workshop, found out there was a small piece of pin/nail on the tyre..no wonder it keeps deflating!!!

someone asked me whether i feel exploited. honestly, i've nvr thot much abt it. maybe i was. but wad can i do wen the situation isnt helping either? sacrifices.

random updates.

yesterday had a fun dinner with the family..my treat! We went to Nana thai together finally! We tried the pandan chicken. It was nice..contrary to what I thought it would taste like. Can't wait for amirah's grill with the cuzzies!

today was a day spent at home. since I had alot of free time, i cooked fried rice! watched Bruce almighty on teevee. nowwwwww I know where Evan Baxter (Evan almighty) came from..hahahah.

My 20th Birthday...

...I went to the zoo! it was a surprise visit. i had no idea where he is bringing me to in the 1st place. It was nice going back there after sooo many years. Here are the highlights:

the pygmy hippo! it was initially scary when the hippo had an eye contact wif me and immediately dived into the water, heading my direction. luckily 4 the glass panel, it never did reach me..if not, i can't guess what's gona happen if i'm really in the wild with these hippos. thx 2 the glass panel, we can clearly see how it walked underwater. it has cute mini legs when contrasted to its fat bod. hahah!

the tram rides! i enjoyed the laid back tram rides..suddenly, mashed potatoes taste extraordinarily nice (:

seal show! we managed to catch this and the polar bear feeding session. i enjoyed both very much. the seal was super cute and well trained. we got splashed with water by this mischievous boy! Inuka, the polar bear was adorable too, bragging its catch to us. and i swear it was gigantic, standing at abt 3m tall.

the otters are one hell of a stinky creature! but they were cute..they can do back flips in the water! hahah..

headed down to madjack thereafter to meet 2/3 of belos and mentel partner! it was a nice get together. always full of madness and laugthers when i meet these girls. thx for the "wild friends" mug to remind me of such WILD friends i have! hahahah..how apt when i just visited the zoo awhile ago!! *lol*
